Return and Refund Policy

What is your Return Policy?

7 days to Return.

If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 14 days from the date of the item’s arrival. All return requests are subject for evaluation and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it.

Note:

·         Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges.

·         We don’t offer Free Return Shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may result from shipping a Return.

·         All ITEMS purchased at MOM&Niki are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

·         To ensure that your Return is valid and eligible for a refund:

·         Always process a return in accordance with our Return procedure

·         Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return

Looking to Exchange?

Should you wish to Exchange an item you received due to issues with its’ Size or Quality, this can be arranged by simply following our Return procedures and specifying “Exchange” as your “Desired Resolution”.

Do note that Exchanges are an alternative resolution for Returns and are bound by the same guidelines and limitations.

What is your Refund Policy?

1. If your order doesn't include any promotions or discounts, you will receive a full refund for the items, equal to the price shown on our site (Item’s original price).

2. If your order includes promotions or discounts, the calculated price you've paid for the item is adjusted accordingly. This will lead to differences in the Refund’s amount, from the Original Cost of the items. Should you wish to check how much the amount of the items is after the discounts, you may go to order query or go through this link: https://momandniki.com/

3. The Order’s Shipping Fee won’t be included in refunds. We also don’t offer Free Return Shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may have resulted from shipping the returned items.

Note: For your Security, refunds will only be as a Rewards point and not in cash or account transfer.
